At talentsmithspeformance we believe that winning is a team sport and requires a team mindset. It's widely acknowledged that behind every solo high performing sportsperson is a great team. For karting that could mean team "mum & dad", a driver coach, a mechanic or a wider team of professionals with one goal - to help you maximise your on and off track peformance.

Being able to put together a quick lap is one thing, but to be able to constantly perform at the top of your respective class of karting is another. All motorsport has more lows than highs - thats just a statistical reality but how can you improve your odds of having an increase towards more on track success?

At talentsmithperformance we aim to connect you with a network of partners to bridge any gaps each driver may have to fulfil their potential, this could be improving certain areas of their driving... breaking a few metres later to make that overtake or to help improve their confidence when conducting media engagements... such as that all important pre final interview of post race winners interview.
